NOPEC Leadership

Working together for our member communities. 

NOPEC is an organization of local Ohio governments working cooperatively to ensure that their member communities enjoy competitive energy savings.

We are governed by a general assembly that meets annually in November, which is when they approve the operational budget for the year.

Each county elects a representative to serve on the Board of Directors. They serve without compensation and meet eight times per year.

The NOPEC Board of Directors is made up of one representative from each of the 14 counties in the NOPEC service area.
