NOPEC Leadership

Working together for our member communities.

NOPEC is an organization of local Ohio governments working cooperatively to ensure that their member communities enjoy competitive energy savings.

We are governed by a general assembly that meets annually in November, which is when they approve the operational budget for the year. Each county elects a representative to serve on the Board of Directors. They serve without compensation and meet eight times per year.

2022 NOPEC Board of Directors Meeting Schedule & Attendance

NOPEC Board of Director's and committee meetings are open to the public. However, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, in-person attendance for these meetings is being limited to elected board members only.  For everyone's safety, until further notice, public participation will be facilitated virtually. If you would like to virtually attend an upcoming NOPEC Board meeting, please fill out the following form at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting date.  You will be provided a call-in phone number and phone conference ID number to access and participate in the meeting.

The NOPEC Board of Directors is made up of one representative from each of the 20 counties in the NOPEC service area.
