Recognize a Hard-Working Employee

NOPEC’s Employee Recognition Program provides a way for mayors and city officials to nominate a hard-working staff member. 

For 2020, we are recognizing the efforts of our member communities’ Service Directors and Road Supervisors.  Nominations are also being accepted for an executive assistant, clerk of council, finance director or fiscal officer, and police or fire chief.

Fill out the form below to nominate someone on your staff.  Award recipients will receive a certificate of appreciation and a modest gift from NOPEC as thanks for their efforts.
