Education & Career Background: Nicole has a long history in sales and community relations. Early in her career, she served as an assistant vice president in community development at JPMorgan Chase and vice president of community reinvestment (CRA) at Branch Banking and Trust, Co. In these roles, she engaged in neighborhood outreach and strategic planning efforts to economically stabilize depressed communities. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Delaware State University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
Role at NOPEC: As a Relationship Manager, Nicole is responsible for managing and retaining community relationships within NOPEC Member communities. She proactively participates in expansion opportunities in existing member communities, as well as educates public officials and their administration about NOPEC membership benefits and programs.
Interesting Fact: Nicole spends a great deal of time with her two children Devon and Bella. She is also very active in her church and serves as a praise and worship leader.
